Our client, a leading healthcare software provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Release Manager to join their global development team in a permanent, hybrid (3 days in office) role

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the entire release strategy, from vision to execution.
• Define success criteria for releases and optimize release management processes.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical objectives.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Release Engineering or a similar role.
• 1-2 years of experience in Release Management/Strategy or a similar role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build/automation tools, and agile methodologies (bonus).
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluent English.
