"The primary purpose of this post is to be responsible for providing a high quality, patient-focussed Lung Function service for GP-referred patients to Louth Hospitals or connected hospital and any related specialist ambulatory care hub in Louth & Meath, under the clinical and governance framework of the Respiratory Laboratory Department in Louth Hospitals. The Senior Respiratory Physiologist will also support respiratory investigations and interventions in Louth Hospitals and will be expected to work as part of the Hospital’s Integrated Care Respiratory Team. The post holder will also be expected to perform all respiratory investigations or other duties deemed appropriate to their position, coupled with supporting the Chief II Respiratory Physiologist in providing and developing a busy service.
