In This Role, You Will

  • Develop reward initiatives across the Group working with external 3rd party vendors and collaborating with external networks in the industry to ensure the bank remains competitive in the market to enable attraction and retention of the talent the organisation requires to achieve its long term strategic objectives.
  • Support and deliver on multiple Reward projects in relation to Benefits, Variable Pay, Pay Transparency etc.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify emerging needs of the business across jurisdictions and feed these into the development of remuneration policies and practices to ensure that the Reward function is making valuable contributions to the business.
  • Evaluating and reporting on the fairness of pay, viewed through a number of different lenses of fair pay and equal pay, supporting the Group in meeting its inclusion and diversity objectives.
