A Senior Risk Manager opportunity has arisen with a dynamic and market-leading technology provider. This role is based in central Dublin however, you can work fully remote with a requirement to manage an existing Team of Risk Managers in EMEA. This position will have some exposure to major new product launches in multiple jurisdictions.

As Senior Risk Manager, you will create and lead the development and implementation of the company compliance program, where your sound commercial judgment will help to best improve the risk culture for the company. You will deliver the company framework for risk management and governance, whilst being constantly aware of possible commercial risks which might impact the business. As this business is still growing, unlike many Risk Management roles, you will be exposed to every major business change across all departments where you will drive compliance and data protection into everyday business language. You will manage a Team of highly regarded Risk Managers where you'll collectively work in a cohesive effort on multiple Risk & Compliance matters.

The Candidate must have a minimum of 10yrs of risk management working knowledge & experience gained from a leading business. Ideally, you will have obtained a Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, whilst having a Masters and/or Law Degree would be advantageous. Must have strong leadership skills and be accomplished in negotiating, advising and reviewing a broad range of Risk & Compliance matters. Candidates with working experience gained within the technology and/or IT Industry would be highly advantageous but not essential. This opportunity can be fully remote with little travel required.
