Senior Security Risk Analyst

Description:

As a Senior Security Risk Analyst will work within Information Security and collaboratively across the BCD Travel organization to support and enforce security controls in alignment with established security policies and standards. By identifying, assessing, evaluating, and advising on potential security risks, the candidate will contribute to the management of organization and strategic goals, the achievement of business objectives and the continuous improvement of the BCD Travel security posture.

The ideal candidate will possess good oral and written communication skills and can leverage those skills to clearly communicate legal, regulatory and contractual security requirements and convey appropriate messages both internal and external to BCD Travel.

• Evaluate and implement security policies, methods, practices and systems
• Maintain compliance to business requirements
• Demonstrate extensive mastery of security controls to meet legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• Identify and report on the effectiveness of the security controls; Develop and communicate remediation plans capable of reducing risk to the organization
• Facilitate remediation and security posture improvement efforts of BCD Travel
• Participate in overall business planning, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of security
• Gather and analyze data for reporting purposes

How you can set yourself apart

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, International Business, or related field or related field or equivalent as determined by a professional credential’s evaluation
• Previous experience as Senior Analyst or information security
• Experience in leading security processes and initiatives
• Ability to prioritize and appropriately manage time
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:2013 requirements is a plus
• Security industry relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, HISP
