Senior Software Development Engineer

Description:

This role is required to work with business partners and clients to research and evaluate technology and make recommendations on optimum solutions to meet their requirements.

Consults with the business / client to understand key requirements / business strategies and designing solutions that will underpin this

Engages with external vendors and technical experts to identify optimum solution for the business requirements

Responsible for ensuring that designs meet operational requirements, defined roadmaps and strategies and quality standards

Providing oversight and governance to projects to ensure that best practice and industry standards are adhered to

Actively engages in maintaining and developing architectural practices within the business and provides support and direction to other members of the team

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders

Provide strategic input to the senior IT team to drive improvements in delivery, technology and structure
