The Expertise We’re Looking for

• Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area.
• 5 or more years’ development experience with 3+ in front-end development.
• Solid background in product development and working collaboratively with end users on solutions.
• Passion for designing and delivering the best end user journeys.
• Confident in delivering front-end solutions and mid-tier services.

The Purpose of Your Role

Workplace Investing’s Solutions Office is a global product team in Ireland, India and the US. Your team is focussed on delivering a stellar technology experience for our Relationship Managers and Client Retention associates across the US as well as intuitive client-facing web solutions for our Plan Sponsors and Advisors.

The Skills You Bring

• Superb communication with a customer-centric mind-set.
• Solid skills in HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and Angular 9+ essential.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft stack: .NET C#, Model-View-Controller (MVC) and SQL Server Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience crafting and consuming Web Services (SOAP/Rest).
• Ability to apply previous experience of Automation Tools/Test Frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Mocha, Selenium, Protractor, etc.).
• Experience with release management, source control and CI/CD technologies, e.g., Azure DevOps or Jenkins, Git, etc.

• Refining business processes with the Product Owner to deliver optimised customer journeys using the latest industry and company front-end standards.Designing and delivering intuitive applications.
• Collaborative working relationships with the Business as part of a global Agile team of architects, analysts and developers using Scrum.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner, Lead UI Developer to deliver on the quarterly business objectives.
• Giving your expertise as a UI SME to further Product Area and WI Technology capabilities.
