This is a business in which things move quickly, and you will be given the reigns to architect how our client approaches quality assurance in an environment where red tape is at a minimum and you can have a major influence.

• The Role Set Testing Criteria: Define and oversee testing standards to ensure that features align with business objectives and quality expectations.
• Automate Testing Processes: Build and manage automated test suites in Ruby using tools like MiniTest and Capybara to assess various aspects like performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to Test Frameworks: Play a key role in the development and enhancement of the overall test framework for the application.
• Influence QA Strategy: Help shape the overall approach to quality assurance by recommending tools, processes, and platforms.
• Ensure High Quality: Collaborate closely with developers to identify issues early, maintaining a strong balance between automated and manual testing to ensure thorough coverage.
