Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for A Senior Staff Data Ops Engineer to join our team. We will also consider qualified candidates at Staff Engineer level.

What you'll get to do:
 

• Support the administration and daily operations of our Databricks platform.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code(IaC) to automate databricks setup and environment deployments.
• Aid developers and DevOps teams with implementing automation scripts that follow the company standards.
• Collaboration with DevOps team members as well as all of engineering ensures that solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability,
  
   

maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
 

• Define and own the Operations roadmaps for large cross-cutting efforts that span the Data Platform.
• Present clear, thoughtful, and opinionated analysis to senior leaders, enabling them to make tough and thoughtful decisions with clear tradeoffs
• Have excellent judgment and operate with minimal oversight
• Assist with team growth and development, and set the culture bar for excellence and technical curiosity.
