Description:
This is a pivotal appointment within our agency, reporting directly to the managing director. The role will entail working towards the achievement of the company’s sales objectives and new client attainment goals. The successful candidate will have responsibility for directly managing and growing existing key client accounts, as well as onboarding and developing new client accounts for the agency.
Candidate Experience
The candidate will ideally have 5 or more years' business management experience gained in a Strategic Account Management role, preferably but not necessarily from a PR or Agency environment.
Key to the role will be a strong working knowledge of Omnichannel Marketing methodology and of Digital Marketing strategy and implementation. A proven track record in multi account management and the ability to demonstrate initiative implementing and maintaining systems such as Service Level Agreements, contracts and new product and service additions.
