Senior Support Engineer

About Your New Role
- You will work onsite providing Level 2/Level 3 support for key clients
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level and executive-level clients, serving as the primary technical point of contact
- You will provide support for issues with networks, hardware, software, including on-call support when necessary
- You will mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on complex networking challenges
- You will act as an escalation point for more complex issues
- You will design, implement, and manage complex networking solutions for clients, ensuring high availability and security
- You will troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- You will ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and best practices
- You will work with other team members to maintain and monitor clients’ networks and infrastructure
- You will stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and trends
- You will act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and recommendations related to networking infrastructure
- You will lead projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience providing Level 2 support, with a focus on networking
- Networking certificates (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network)
- Proficient in networking protocols, SonicWall, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Cisco, Ubiquity
- Experience with Azure, Office 365, SharePoint
- Proven track record showing ownership and responsibility in projects
- Project management experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with high-level clients
