Our new progressive work model is called PinFlex, a term that’s uniquely Pinterest to describe our flexible approach to living and working. Visit our PinFlex landing page to learn more.

Our PinFlex future of work philosophy requires this role to visit the Dublin office regularly at the following cadences for collaboration, ideation, and cross-functional partnerships. Annually for events like KnitCon and All team meetings, as needed for Team Meetings and based on business needs and new hire onboarding. For employees not located within a commutable distance from this in-office touchpoint, Pinterest will cover T&E.
