In your role as Senior Treasury Analyst, you will contribute to the success of the Kellogg Company as you:
- Oversee and manage cash balances, surplus cash and funding requirements in multiple currencies.
- Execute weekly Treasury payments
- Execute internal and external foreign exchange as instructed by FX Manager
- Responsible for the issuance of European Guarantees with our European banking partners.
- Review monthly forecasts and ensure correspondences are made with local finance (OTC/HR/AP) in order to obtain an accurate cashflow position.
- Ensure back office treasury operations are completed daily (Entry MM, ECP, Europool funding) and ensuring correspondences are made with banks regarding currency delivery instructions, late payment.
- Analyse investment alternatives with bank and ensure they are inline with the investment policy.
- Review and assist with the processing of monthly netting cycle.
- Maintenance of TMS, Online banking system ensuring new users are setup/removed in a timely manner and to ensure straight processing of payments.
- Provide Treasury operational support to the GBS Mexico team.
- Actively manage the intercompany loan portfolio and liaise annually with Tax/Legal on the renewal of intercompany loans/documents
- Maintenance and co-ordination of various legal Treasury documents including KYC banking documentation
- Manage the European Citibank banking relationship ensuring projects are executed in a timely manner.
- Project Work: Support Treasury Director on various projects: rollout of the TMS system regionally, Virtual account setup with Citibank, Supply Chain Finance automation,
- Deliver month/quarter end reporting accurately and in a timely manner including the review of Cadency recs.
- Quarterly analysis of OIE P&L budget and upload to the Anaplan system.

Required:
- Good knowledge of financial processes, including planning and analysis. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Strong understanding of P&L and BS.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills. Requires high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

- High degree of attention to detail
