As the SEO Manager, you will be at the helm of a talented team consisting of 5-6 team leads and 40-50 SEO technicians. This global team operates across different time zones, so your strong communication and coordination skills will be vital in ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional performance.
Your main objective as the SEO Department Manager will be to enhance our clients' Google and Bing rankings by implementing effective SEO strategies and managing key performance indicators (KPIs). Your leadership and guidance will inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in managing global teams across different time zones is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-6 team leads and 40-50 SEO technicians.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize team productivity and development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Manage team schedules and workloads, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet client deadlines and objectives.
- Effectively manage resources and workloads to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
SEO Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings on Google and Bing.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to guide the team in delivering optimal results.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of websites, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate optimization strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, search rankings, and user behavior using various SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link building, technical SEO, and local SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as content creators and web developers, to ensure seamless implementation of SEO initiatives.
KPI Management
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Google and Bing ranking improvements.
- Analyze SEO data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization efforts.
- Monitor and report on the progress of SEO campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and objectives.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate performance, challenges, and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong relationships and open lines of communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are understood and met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in pre-sales activities, providing SEO expertise and insights to potential clients.
