What you will do
- Defining our SEO/SEM strategy and managing the execution of activity across FIM and partner sites
- Planning and executing tests, collecting and analysing data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Collaborating with marketing team and sharing key learnings and results to influence strategy
- Proactively reviewing search terms, trends and best practices to discover new opportunities and make recommendations across the business
About you
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing;
- In-depth hands on experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite);
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms;
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
