Are you passionate about customer service in the automotive industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team. Here's what you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional end-to-end customer service, from booking to vehicle return.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule vehicle services, manage collection times, determine workshop availability, and optimize workshop load.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain progress reports for each customer vehicle, advise on required work, and agree on repairs and costs.
- Customer & Team Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and workshop colleagues.
- Vehicle Handover: Explain work done and ensure on-time delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Address and escalate customer issues as needed.
- Invoicing & Admin: Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process Improvement: Work with the team to enhance customer experience and revenue opportunities. Ensure service processes meet ISO standards.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for customer service.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Highly flexible, organized, and proficient in administrative tasks.
- Strong IT skills.
- Full authority to live and work in Ireland (this role does not qualify for a work permit).
