This role supports the Sales, Service, Engineering with KLA. You like working in an international environment, you accommodate change in priority, you accept challenges and appreciate to work with group of people from different culture and languages, you will like it with us.
The role will be both customer and supplier facing and will require a person who can work with as a self-starter with a large degree of autonomy.
In supporting the sales and service teams, the candidate must demonstrate ability to generate quotations and process customer orders and invoices. The ability to understand service contracts and run miscellaneous reports for Service Managers is also required.
The successful candidate will also be required to act as Office administrator for the Dublin Office, this is a small component of the role but is an important aspect.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Service Admin: 80%
Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Supports service team by generating quotations, working with Finance team on invoicing, processing customer orders and developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals. Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management. Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both. Ability to generate ad hoc reports for the Service Management team.
Office Admin: 20%
Manages the company's office services which may include copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, records retention, office reception, janitorial services, cafeteria, recreation services, utility services and communication. Oversees general administrative staff and coordinates with necessary vendors to meet organizational needs. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel/suppliers to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Skills & Experience Required
Very good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
Previous experience in Service industry is an advantage.
Previous experience in dealing with large multinational customers.
Demonstrated self-starter.
