Service Desk Agent

 

Description:

Corrata has an exciting new opportunity for a Service Desk Agent to join our expanding team. You will diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems and work closely with our Pre-Sales and Development team.

You'll be joining one of the most innovative cyber security start-ups in Ireland and partnering with some of the world's best-known brands and dynamic companies. Because you will be joining our team at an early stage, you will have tremendous scope for professional development, take on responsibility early, and play a key role in Corrata's evolution into a global cybersecurity leader.

Requirements

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Agent, Service Desk Agent or similar role
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Outgoing and enjoy developing relationships with clients
  • Have excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Have a 'can-do' positive and persevering attitude
  • Consultative, understanding the customer need and creating urgency
  • Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
     

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant Technical Support experience or similar role
  • Fluent spoken and written English - 100% required no exceptions
     

Highly Desirable:

  • An understanding and passion for cyber-security software
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
  • Degree or certification in an IT or Engineering related discipline
  • Previous support experience in enterprise technology and/or mobility
