Service Engineer

Technical Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in a client facing environment, providing a Level 2/3 support to key client Sites.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Strong Understanding of Office 365, Windows Servers Active Directory & Anti-Virus
• Knowledge of Remote Desktop Support, PC's, Laptops, Mobile Devices
• Good understanding of Mail Filtering and Preparation of New Equipment
• Good Understanding in Networking and Security Management including switching and Firewalls.
• Interest in Cyber Security is Beneficial, but not Necessary.
