The building Contractor has an excellent reputation within the industry with projects across Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Educational sectors covering projects from minor building works to major construction projects.

Duties
 

• Overall management of the project
• Management of Sub - Contractors
• Ordering Materials
• Read drawing and make amendments
• Dealing with issues on own initiative
• Chair Site meetings
• Liaise with the Architect
   

Criteria
 

• Site Managers site pass
• Proven track record on projects
• Apartment block experience
• Strong trades / Engineering background
