We take un-conventional practices that are designed to improve the human experiences, align them with cultural icons and deliver it in a way that feels accessible, relatable and desirable. Think documentaries, reality series, and endorphins releasing videos, audio and beyond.

The Social Assistant plays a key role in supporting the creation and activation of social content that makes an impact with Woo’s positive, optimistic and inspirational tone.

You will be an ambitious individual with a keen interest in the latest trends and developments in social media with a strong understanding of youth culture, fashion, wellness, e-commerce or music. The Social Assistant will work closely with Social Producers and the Social Media Manager to source uplifting content, track data to drive insights and execute the social strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pitch and create social content that grows our audience and engagement
  • Source and licence trending viral content
  • Schedule and post content to Woo’s social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok
  • Spot and share the latest trends with the Social team and other parts of the business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to distribute our original video and editorial across social channels
  • Work with in-house designers to create platform-specific clips and assets (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat) that drive conversations around editorial themes
  • Work with the Social Media Manager and Social Producers to create image and video content to a schedule
  • Assisting with social performance measurement and reporting
  • Write engaging copy that aligns with Woo’s tone of voice and brand values
  • Support the Social team with adhoc administrative tasks.
  • A keen interest in fashion, wellness, e-commerce, music, or youth culture.
  • Demonstrable experience, interest and knowledge of the social media landscape. An expert in the latest trends in youth culture on different social platforms
  • The ability to write social captions and copy that resonate with Woo’s target audience
  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • A natural ability to collaborate with others and thrive under pressure
  • The ability to adopt a brand’s tone of voice
  • A drive for individual development
