Social Care Manager

Description:

The Role:

• Guiding, monitoring, and leading the day service staff team.
• Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures, national policies and legislation, HIQA standards and any other applicable standards.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the service.
• Providing respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.
• Coordinating projects.
• Undertaking any duties as required in the provision of care and support of service users.

The Person:

• Degree level qualification in Social Care or related discipline (QQI Level 7).
• At least 2 year's experience working in a similar role in social care services.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A full driver's license is an essential requirement.
• Eligible to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.
