An Post is looking for an experienced, strategic and creative Social Media Content Manager to join our Brand team. As Social Media Content Manager you will be responsible for the management, creation, improvement and maintenance of all brand led marketing content initiatives for key customer channels to support business goals, ensuring customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
The principal accountabilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing cross-channel content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business and marketing goals.
- Developing a content calendar, through collaboration with critical teams, that becomes a key component of activities across all channels, ensuring synergies and integration are maximised.
- Collaborating with channel owners, business area owners and other marketing teams to plan and develop new content briefs.
- Developing a process and ways of working plan for all types of content production from brief to execution and optimally managing this process.
- Integrating business critical content and ATL marketing campaigns across all channels ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Supporting all An Post marketing teams content strategies.
- Supporting larger business projects that require focus on customer content and how it can be most effective through channels.
- On-going analysis and optimisation of content and placements for all channels.
- Ensuring delivery against briefs from across the business, with quality delivery within SLAs.
- Ensuring consistency and brand tone is carried throughout all creative elements on each channel.
- Aligning the channel marketing team on prioritisation with focus on delivering relevant content per quarter based on business priorities.
- Analysing campaigns and translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media content and analysing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
