This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our client's growing portfolio of hotels in the UK and Ireland. The role involves overseeing social media strategy and implementation for various brands and managing company social media channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic and compelling content across different social media platforms, while ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end organic social media strategy and management for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and local channels
- Create an engaging content calendar that promotes brand-focused messages, offers, sales, and brand updates
- Ideate and create creative and innovative content, with a focus on video for Reels and Stories, and write engaging copy
- Liaise with marketing, PR agencies, and teams to meet marketing objectives
- Monitor social conversation and identify comments or threads that could impact brand reputation
- Monitor competitor activity within social media spaces and create reports
- Collaborate with multimedia designers and videographers to create engaging posts
- Work with PR agencies to execute influencer marketing program and book influencer and media gifted stays
- Manage social media budget effectively.
- Assist the marketing team in creating and implementing PR and social campaigns, such as group offers and promotion calendars.
- Coordinate with external design agency and print company for production of new branding materials.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a social media role.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading social media sites.
- Proven experience creating creative, engaging, and platform-tailored content for social media.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Hootsuite/Sprout Social.
- Experience creating assets on Canva will be an advantage.
- Ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy.
- Knowledge of relevant engagement metrics used in the field.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Knowledge and being up to date with the industry.
