Responsibilities
 

• Build scalable AI solutions for global hiring.
• Independently architect, develop, test, and maintain, scalable user interfaces and REST API services primarily with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Lead, mentor and own sprint outcomes for small teams.
• Collaborate closely in a small, focused, supportive, and energetic team of Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers
• Mentor Software Engineers.
• Grow and learn with support from mentors and many training resources.
   

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field and 4+ years’ experience developing software OR 6+ years of experience developing software.
• Expert in at least one: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and/or React and demonstrated proficiency with multiple technologies
• Proficiency with test automation and unit testing.
• Expert with modern SPA and REST API-based architectures
• Proficiency with Software Engineering best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
