itContracting are currently seeking applicants for a Solution Developer. This is a permanent position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role with one day per week expected in the client’s office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide our customers to effectively use SharePoint Online and the Power Platform with best practices and methodologies.
- Work to understand client requirements to design and deliver solutions based on the Power Platform.
- Run client discovery workshops, requirements gathering and documentation.
- Develop solution design and architecture for solutions.
- Consult/Develop/Support – covering all aspects, product support, development, demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users.
- Documentation of solutions (e.g .design, test scripts, configurations, operations, set up, user documentation etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience in ASP.NET and C# required & associated frameworks such as MVC an advantage
- Experience of integrating multiple systems in a complex environment.
- The candidate must have relevant Microsoft Professional Certifications.
- Must have a good understanding of Azure and O365 architecture.
- Strong technical background. Knowledge of infrastructure, databases, active directory, networking, and Windows server.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) an advantage.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL an advantage.
- Experience in MS Dynamics an advantage.
- Must have a good understanding of development methodologies e.g. SCRUM, Agile
- Experience in Azure, Azure DevOps an advantage.
- Experience with Transact SQL, and JavaScript an advantage.
- Experience in frontend technologies including Javascript, & associated frameworks such as KnockoutJS and Angular JS an advantage
- Experience working in a commercial setting an advantage
- Must have strong excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical customers and other team members, be self-starting and self-motivating etc.
- Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work out issues on their own
- ITIL certification desirable.
