The Spa Manager will run the daily operations of the spa, and will lead a small team of therapists.

The Spa Manager will be knowledgeable of products and trends in the beauty and leisure industry.

They will have excellent stock and cost control skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a busy spa effectively.

They will establish and ensure a welcoming ambience with the highest standard, and a guest experience that exceeds expectation.

• CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO qualifications are required along with previous experience as a Supervisor / Assistant Manager or Spa Manager.
