Description:
You will work in partnership with Product Area Leader, Group Squad Leader, members of the leadership team, and Technical leaders supporting your team. By role modeling and promoting agile and Fidelity leadership principles, you will promote and sustain an innovative agile culture.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience and/or digital product management.
- Proven track record of customer-focused engagement and collaboration across business units with a strategic approach.
- Agile, Jira and Jira Align experience preferred.
- You have a learning and growth attitude with a real passion for solving customer problems.
- Experience facilitating prioritization, scope, and trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between strategic and tactical solutions and their respective value, return on investment, opportunity costs, total cost of ownership, resource needs, and delivery timeframes.
- Experience with building highly engaged, empowered, and hard-working teams that leverage proven frameworks to achieve delivery excellence, exceptional quality, and effective impediment, risk, and issue remediation.
