We own the complete stack and tools that delivers and supports Workday products across private and public clouds (e.g. on-premise, AWS, GCP, Azure). We enable Workday's scale: ~50% of Fortune 500 companies, 8000+ customers, 55M+ Workers, ~365B Transactions.

About The Role

We are growing at a fast pace and are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management. You will develop and lead stellar teams of product managers to identify, specify, and prioritize features through direct partnership with customers, operators, designers, developers, and your knowledge of the domains. You will define roadmap themes and focus areas of investment in conjunction with senior leadership and ensure it is integrated with the feature prioritization of the teams. Working closely with engineering leaders, you will execute and deliver on the product roadmaps. You have the ability to understand and make decisions in a high stakes environment. Above all, you will serve as an evangelist for our products. The ability to influence without authority within a highly matrixed environment and a passion for continuous improvement will be instrumental to success. Your areas of ownership will include Developer Portal (e.g. Environments, Catalog, Self-Service, Support), CI/CD Platform, Testing Platforms, Developer Tools (e.g. Atlassian, Bitbucket, Artifactory), and more. Your core mission will be to accelerate the agility and velocity of Workday's R&D engineering organizations who rely on your software toolchain to plan, build, test, deploy, and operate.
