Description:

Responsibilities:

- Attend 3GPP meetings, including RAN1 and RAN4, as a regular delegate, engaging in discussions with global telecom companies and sharing industry insights.

- Contribute to strategy development and planning for standardization, influencing timelines and advocating for company interests.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, pushing for the adoption of research outputs and product line requirements.

- Provide strategic advice to R&D and standardization teams, collaborating with multiple departments to consistently achieve best practices.

- Collaborate closely with researchers, standard delegates, engineers, and developers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Deep knowledge of wireless communication technologies and standards developed by 3GPP.

- Extensive experience and expertise as a 3GPP delegate.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Excellent communication skills, especially in intercultural contexts.

- Understanding of the overall business picture to provide strategic advice to R&D and standardization teams.

- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
