Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
 

  • Carrying out physical stock scan across the site
  • Reconcile issues to ensure KBS is accurate
  • Responsible for investigating and reporting any stock errors found
  • Proactively address problems
  • Carry out stock audits
  • Ensuring the integrity of the stock control system is maintained to the highest standard
  • Carry out any other stock related tasks as and when required to support the team
  • Any other duties as and when required.
  • Co-ordinate the finalising of stock balancing process each day
  • Any issue with scan guns report to Stock Control Manager
  • Any stock Count and Stock balancing issues report to Stock Control Manager
  • Any other issue with day-to-day job report to Stock Control Manager
  • If Stock Control Manager is out of office so report to Acting Stock Control Manager
