This firm supports & acts as strategic partner to the Financial Services sector as they look to pivot, grow and improve their organisations. In this role you will get the chance to partner with C-Level execs across the industry & support them as they shape & grow their organisations. Great opportunity for a management consultant in a larger firm who wants to take on more project & client exposure.

A day in the life..

• Partnering with C-level executives supporting their strategic initiatives; TOM Design/Redesign, process improvement/transformation, customer experience to name a few.
• Take ownership over the Project Management landscape delivering projects from initiation, execution & final delivery.
• Lead the coordination of key project activities; planning, forecasting and competing governance documentation.
• Support senior leadership new business development.

What you will need to qualify for this role:

• Educated to ideally Masters level in Business, Finance or related degree.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in FS Strategy, ideally with a management consulting or a project management/strategy role with a leading FS company.
• Experience liaising with senior leaders on best practices for project management of strategic initiatives.
• People person with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
