Structured Finance Lawyer

Description:

This position will suit a Structured Finance Lawyer with 4-6 years pqe. 

The successful applicant will report to a Senior Lawyer in London.

Suitable candidates will have experience of reviewing transaction documents and legal opinions for European structured finance transactions, including CMBS, RMBS, ABS and CLO transactions.
