Applications are invited for an appointment as Head of Open and Digital Research, a permanent, fulltime post at University of Galway Library.
This senior management position has responsibility for leading a dynamic and innovative team, who deliver a comprehensive and evolving range of library services and infrastructures for research, enabling a culture of open scholarship and leveraging the power of digital research with a focus on cultivating partnerships and providing leadership where opportune. The Head of Open and Digital Research is a member of the Library’s Senior Management Team and as such contributes to ongoing strategic planning, service development and policy making in the Library.
