Support And Field Service Engineer

Description:

Realtime Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our client on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for providing technical and implementation support to our clients on the Microsoft 365 and Azure stack both remotely and on-site. You will also be responsible for diagnosing configuration issues, troubleshooting problems, and working closely with our clients to ensure that their Microsoft estate is functioning optimally and most importantly secured. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in North Dublin with scope for Client visits across Ireland as requried.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, IT maintenance, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Azure, Office 365, Intune and SharePoint, Windows operating systems, and other software applications
• Experience with Active Directory, AAD, Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V (Ideal but not Mandatory)
• Hands on Experience with Windows Server ( All)
• Experience working with Citrix, DAAS, NetScaler, and XenMobile (Ideal but not Mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of our team of technical specialists
• Desire to upskill and develop across multiple areas of IT
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
