An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support professional to join a Global Media Co in the Digital World. As a Technical Support, you will be part of the team helping to build memorable Customer Experiences for the enterprise customers and to promote the use of the company’s products.

 

Your Profile:

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written.
  • Ability to research and resolve complex technical issues - problem solver.
  • Experience in providing support with Marketo
  • Good exposure to providing support to enterprise customers using ticketing systems - Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Experience writing and debugging SQL statements, XML, JavaScript, HTML is required.
  • Experience with one or more database platforms such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is essential.
  • Experience with web services APIs, database connectors, SOAP.
