Sustainability Transformation Associate Director

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Transformation Associate Director to join our growing ESG consulting practice. This role will involve leading teams of multi-disciplinary consultants to enable clients to achieve compliance with ESG standards and reporting frameworks and derive value from their Sustainability efforts.

• Minimum of 7 years professional experience in ESG consulting or related field, with proven track record in transformation programme delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject. Professional certifications in Sustainability or ESG an advantage.
• Knowledge of target operating models, transformation and design of processes and controls
• Understanding of ESG frameworks, standards and regulatory environments
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across Sustainability implementation programmes.
