We are Ireland’s first purpose-built baby & toddler swim school based in Sandyford with our own onsite heated pool and private cafe. Our state-of-the-art centre has been designed around the needs of pre-school children, focussing on the bond between parent & child, improving their wellness. Key Responsibilities

• To teach the First Swim baby & toddler syllabus
• To prioritise class tasks and manage time flow in the pool effectively
• To ensure a safe, secure and healthy environment for parents and children
• To prepare and plan lessons in advance of classes
• To consistently use positive reinforcement ensuring both parent & child are given your full attention
• To act as a First Swim ambassador representing the company in a positive and professional manner

Role Requirements

• To have a passion for teaching babies and toddlers
• Strong communication skills, works well with others and as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Previous experience as a Swim Teacher is essential
• Advanced Baby & Toddler Swim Teacher qualification training can be provided
• Up to date First Aid qualification and Safeguarding training can be provided
• Garda vetting required
