System Administrator

Description:

itContracting are currently seeking applicants for a Senior System Administrator. This is a day rate contractor position for the duration of 8 months located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• General Active Directory Administration
• Extracting reports from AD
• Ensuring system state backups running
• Ensuring replication is working between domain controllers
• Managing password policy through PPE and GPO
• Ability to create and run Powershell scripts
• Group Policy creation & troubleshooting and software deployment through GPO
• DNS/DHCP Administration
• Microsoft On Demand Assessment reports.

Requirements:

• VMWare experience
• Linux experience
• Powershell scripting (desirable)
• Microsoft ODA experience (desirable)
• Critical thinker/problem solver with an ability to communicate solutions to management and ability to implement complex changes within AD
