Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client, a leading medical device company, on a contract basis. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity for graduates or individuals looking to start their career in recruitment. You will support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and other recruitment-related tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of candidate communications (interview invites, offer letters).
  • Help maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and pre-employment processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required; strong graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
