📌Key Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries and building rapport with both the hiring teams and external candidates.
- Creating job adverts, posting & removing job adverts from our Application Tracking System (ATS), job boards and LinkedIn.
- Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure that pipelines are always organised in the Application Tracking System (ATS) and interviews are booked in a timely manner, whilst navigating conflicting diaries.
- Ensure the interview process runs seamlessly for all candidates and hiring managers, both online and in person, as required.
- Champion our employee referral process & ensure HR are made aware of any owed bonus payments.
- Support with reporting and analytics, e.g., time to fill, offers stats etc.

- Experience in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Articulate, with confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
