Talent Development Partner

Description:

We are now seeking applications for the position of Talent Development Partner based in Group Human Resources. Reporting to the Group Head of Talent, the successful candidate will support and lead elements of the Talent Strategy to ensure that we have the right learning, development and leadership development offering to build the people capabilities to drive business growth providing relevant opportunities to our people to develop professionally and personally across the Lakeland Group.

The role will be based in Group Head office, Killygarry, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel between all Lakeland sites and office locations as required.

Experience:

• A number of years’ experience in a talent / learning / development capacity within a professional consulting firm or an organisation with well-developed talent management practices and processes.
• Experience in developing and designing learning, development, leadership development solutions/programmes, talent management and organizational development.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching or other 1:1 developmental growth support.

Education:

• Hold a third level degree in Human Resources / Industrial/Organisational Psychology/ Social Behavioural Science.
• Qualified or working towards accreditation or qualification in CIPD, L&DI, Coaching.
• Desirable: Possess a recognized accreditation in coaching, personality profiling tools and / or diagnostic.
