The School seeks to appoint a Teaching Fellow in the area of American Literature. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will contribute to core teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. This will include the delivery of lectures on the undergraduate modules ‘US American Identities’, and ‘Modernisms’, providing option modules for advanced undergraduates, and teaching on the postgraduate course on Modern and Contemporary Literature. Duties will also include teaching tutorials, supervising dissertation projects, and completing related administrative tasks. The candidate’s area of expertise may be in any area of American Literature.
