This role will present an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to learn within an expanding and dynamic department which is focused on building relationships and providing award winning customer service.

The role presents a fantastic opportunity to develop a detailed knowledge of the life and pensions industry in Ireland.

In this role, you will:

  • Have responsibility for excellent service delivery and develop effective relationships with customers ensuring high level of service is maintained.
  • Ensure tasks and processes are delivered in line with SLA's and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Service Partners to ensure ownership of the end to end Group Pensions customer service proposition.
  • Manage and maximise the effectiveness of quality, compliance & controls, including management of operational risks.
  • Constantly improve department performance to include process reviews, training and colleague development for improved workflow and output.

You are an experienced people leader with a proven track record of leading a team, or you are a person showing very high potential to develop into a People Leader. You have previous experience in one or more of the areas below:

  • Group Risk products
  • Group Risk administration/operations/underwriting/claims
  • Group Pensions products
  • Group Pensions administration/operations

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key relationships and customer expectation. You have technical knowledge of processing systems within the wealth and insurance services industry and operations management experience

Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role;
