My client is currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Architect to join a rapidly growing team. This role involves participation in implementation projects, system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, and projects related to the development, maintenance, and creation of Dynamics 365 products. The client is an international manufacturing company implementing innovative solutions to enhance their efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales department on pre-sales activities and solution concepts
- Working with developers, project managers, analysts, and other IT professionals to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Translating customer requirements into comprehensive D365/AX solutions during project delivery
- Creating documentation for ERP solutions
- Designing, modeling, and implementing appropriate solutions using suitable platforms and technologies
- Integrating functional ERP solutions to create a cohesive universal architecture
- Supporting the project team with complex functional requirements
- Monitoring set goals and coordinating the team to ensure project success at every stage
- Defining metrics to measure ERP system performance
- Preparing clients during ERP implementation, such as by making recommendations on training programs
- Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the ERP system meets their requirements
- Developing and maintaining standards and best practices
- Evaluating and analyzing implemented solutions to achieve the best results
- Creating modifications to optimize and automate solutions
Requirements:
- Higher education in computer science, engineering, or related fields
- At least 3 years of professional experience related to the functional and practical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX
- At least 2 years of experience in a Solution Architect role
- Several years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or a similar role
- Good knowledge of development tools for Dynamics 365 F&O
- Good knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and frameworks, such as MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 / D365 F&O, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, programming languages, system architecture, integrations, Windows servers, Azure AD (Entera), M365 (Office), security, etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, Azure DevOps, and integration with Power Platforms is a bonus
- Ability to translate technical details into simple language for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in analyzing business and technical customer needs and translating these needs into technological solutions
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating existing Dynamics ERP implementations to identify issues, deficiencies, and optimization opportunities
