Job Requirements:
- Scaling and managing a team responsible for technical support, services, and access management
- Managing external vendor relationships for any IT-related services
- Designing IT operations-related processes and rolling them out to contractors
- Providing administration of identity and access management tools
- Managing projects related to technology improvement
- Managing technology and data security related to shared IT services
- Resolving emergency or unplanned IT support activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Similar experience in a technology management role, working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
- Vendor and incident management experience
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, project, and time management skills Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality output
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinker
- Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
