Ideal Candidate

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in one or more of the following: commercial, business development/sales, client management, marketing, key account management, consultancy or similar.
• Hold a primary degree with a 2:1 Honours result from a recognised/relevant third-level institute (including but not limited to business, marketing, languages, management, science or food science).
• A demonstrated interest or link to the Irish Food & Drink Industry is very important.
• Be committed to relocating overseas for approximately 15 months.
• Drive to pursue a long term career within the Irish food & drink industry.
• Be committed to the program and learning & development it brings.
• Have leadership potential;
• Strong communication skills which include high level presentation abilities
• Robust influencing skills
• Commercial awareness
• Proactive
• Can illustrate a strong interest and background in the food industry through relevant memberships, networks, and interest groups etc.
• Fluency in a 2nd language for some geographies.
