About the Role: As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Trade Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Cycle Planning Manager. Your mission will be to support the implementation of a comprehensive program of activation initiatives across all trade channels, both online and offline. You'll be responsible for co-creating, planning, and executing a full suite of marketing strategies that drive outstanding shopper experiences.
Principal Accountabilities
- Support Shopper Experiences: Assist in delivering exceptional shopper experiences for Tob Max products across all identified retail channels in the UK & Ireland.
- Omni-Channel Activation: Develop and implement an omni-channel shopper activation plan, maximizing brand exposure and shopper touch points through events and targeted outlets.
- Trade Engagement Platform Management: Oversee the Ignite platform, including e-commerce functionality, trade partner programs, communications, and brand advocacy.
- Rewards Program Management: Manage the Ignite rewards program, set targets, handle cyclical reporting, and resolve customer queries.
- Customer Communications: Develop and implement regular communications regarding Ignite rewards, ensuring accurate portfolio and pricing on e-commerce pages.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze activation plans and expenditure, monitor competitor activities, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance shopper activation.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience of successful delivery of omni-channel consumer activation via the trade and direct to shoppers with a proven track record of external customer management.
- An understanding of the roles of different media across the marketing mix including digital marketing and ecommerce management, with proven experience of working with activation agencies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create targets, understand performance and deliver insights taken from raw sales data.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organisation.
- Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial, growth mindset, with the ability to be proactive, confident and self-motivated and prepared to challenge conventional thinking.
