A well-known insurance provider has an opportunity for a Trainee Life Actuary in Wealth Management. The company are open to considering Part Qualified actuaries who are at the beginning of their actuarial career and are making steady progress through exams. This role is ideal if you would like to be involved with a dynamic team, working in the wider actuarial function of the organisation.

About the Trainee Actuary role

The Wealth Management position provides full study support and requires a Part Qualified actuary in seek of a Hybrid role based in Dublin.

Duties for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Contributing to all aspects of financial analysis
• Expanding your knowledge of financial models
• Process improvement and reviews
• Reporting on analysis to senior management

Actuarial skills required

The position would suit a Part Qualified actuary. Candidates will ideally come from a Life background and have the following:

• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Degree level in actuarial studies or similar
• Some progression through IFoA exams or equivalent
• Experience in an actuarial role
