Overview:
As our Training Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) for the SITA Product Training Team.
You will be accountable for responding to customer queries and requests, setting up customer accounts, loading training courses and learning activities, updating course attendance rosters, and running monthly metric reports as well as providing insight and feedback into ways we can improve our user experience.
Reporting to the Senior Manager for Customer Applications Support, you will be a part of the training team responsible for delivering all SITA product training worldwide.

What You Will Do
- Work closely with instructional designers and portfolio training teams to ensure the smooth delivery of courses, for online, F2F or blended delivery.
- Work directly with airport / airline customers, creating new customer accounts and assigning relevant training programs as requested.
- Provide frontline support and guidance for internal staff training queries.
- Edit, produce and publish learning activities for airport / airline customers and internal SITA staff.
- Test the setup and configuration of newly created courses in the LMS.
- Maintain procedure documentation for the external domain.
- Create custom learning curriculums for targeted audience groups.
- Run monthly and ad-hoc reports for identified key performance metrics and critical business objectives.
- Maintain and update the training team webpage on the internal intranet.
- Stay abreast of system enhancements, and test newly released updates in the LMS.
- Provide insight on how layout and workflows may be enhanced for improved user experience.
Qualifications:
Who you are
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.
- Proficient with MS365 applications.
- Working knowledge of MS Forms, Power BI and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of SumTotal or other Learning Management System (LMS).
- Process driven with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-directed with the ability to initiate new ideas.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
- Customer focused with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Interested in data analytics, UX design and multi-media.
